A gift that continues a legacy
Many people give in memory of someone whose life was shaped by Benedictine education: a teacher, a monk, a parent, a friend from school, or someone whose faith, learning or service they want to honour.
An in-memory gift can support the Foundation’s general work, allowing trustees to respond where the need is greatest. It can also be directed to a particular area of work, such as scholarships, girls’ education, formation, science teaching, Benedictine schools overseas, or the Douai Legacy Fund.
Where family members, classmates or friends wish to give together, we would be glad to discuss whether a restricted or named memorial fund would be appropriate. This can be a way of honouring someone’s life through work that reflects what mattered to them.

A regular gift lets us commit to projects that run longer than a year, and lets schools plan with some certainty.
A gift in memory can help fund:
The gift does not need to be large to be meaningful.
A modest gift, carefully directed, can continue something good in the name of someone you loved or admired.
